Absolutely worst customer service. Ordered a medication in person Thursday. Went by to pick up today, on Saturday. Waited 30 minutes in line at pick up... only to be told they did not have it and to go to reception side to place the order. I said I had already placed the order on Thursday, waited in line to pick up and I did not want to have to wait again to place the order I had already made... so she said she could do it immediately. Another 30 minutes pass... I ask her how much longer. She tells me there are 5 people waiting who had placed the orders ahead of me ... I asked if they had all ordered on Thursday... no, she said, they ordered today. So I was being kept waiting for an order that was placed 2 days ago because people who ordered today ahead of my attempted pick up for an item ordered ahead of time? This is not the first time they screwed up my order. Unbelievably bad service. Use ANYONE else if you are mobile enough. I now get to try to get back tomorrow as I had to leave. Joy.

This is the worse location. They don't answer the phones. They don't fill the prescriptions until you show up and they make you wait for 30-45 mins. Even when they call you to come pick up the prescription, they haven't even prepared it and make you wait while they take their time to prepare it. I don't know how they are still in business.

Pharmacy was semi busy. Was told that it would take about half an hour. Currently its been already wayyyyy over an hour that i have not gotten my wife's medications.nEveryone who came before and with me have been served and gone. Even people who came after me have been served and been gone.nWhen i asked about the delay i was told that i am the next person in line. Its been 40 minutes since and more than 5 people have been served who came way after me.

The store is well organized and easy to navigate, which makes quick stops stress-free. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially at the pharmacy counter, and the checkout is usually quick. Always reliable when you need something last minute!

We are not the slaves of the security guard who threatens people to take the basket or leave at the door. Who is he? He is condescending, inhuman and the most impolite creature l have ever seen. The management and store tolerate this disgusting filth in their store to welcome guests? Boycott this pharmacy and make this security system famous. Talk properly to your guests or shut down. The other reasons reviews mention the same insults.
