Don't like the idea behind Jean Coutu selling " You find everything even a friend " . The people their employees a lot I've known forever & are extremely nice even if they didn't work there however this owner believes it's impossible his staff makes mistakes especially when u take high amounts of medication if one or a few pills are missing he says they were double counted & signed it's impossible I'm just a thief & want free Prednisone that makes me super overweight .

I had a problem with medication that needed to be refrigerated. When the prescription was filled, the label on the package was placed in such a way that we did not read the note indicating that it had to be refrigerated. Since the medication was no longer good to give because it had not been refrigerated, the medication had to be purchased again. Mr. Hoang was gracious enough to agree to split the cost of the medication with us. Very classy and very professional!
