Visited the store looking for a training collar. The store had multiple tags on the shelf to bring to the register for the collar we were looking for. It wasn't in stock despite all the tags out on the shelf. We were politely told it wasn't in stock and we could look at other options she brought out. All the other collars were super expensive comparatively, had bad reviews or didn't work the same. When we asked if they would mark down one of those collars to match the collar we wanted though, the response from the manager was we'll price match the other collars to their prices on our website and then she walked away. Also, 2 of the 4 collars didn't even come up on the website. So you didn't answer our question, you just gave a crappy alternative considering the next closest in price was $50.00 more. And you didn't provide any further assistance in finding a similar product. Thanks for nothing!

Can never find help here. Nothing special about store and I certainly wish Banfield Vet was here. It makes me sad that their kitties are in cold wire crates with nothing to play with or do. Other PetSmart stores that I have visited, have a special area for the cats that have more appealing show cases and the kitties even seem happier. I get the feeling that this particular store is minimal. PetSmart, please upgrade this store.

Large selection. Quite expensive. Agway is often cheaper. Almost always a wait at the register. Also difficult to find staff of you need help finding something or have other questions.

Helpful and skilled staff, pets allowed into store, good selection of supplies and pets such as birds.

I appreciate that they carry some upscale cat food like Wellness.
