Very poor experience with this location. After calling on the phone and getting a price that was reasonable I took my car in to have two tires put on and was told it would take about an hour which is pretty normal. After coming back 2 hours later the car still was not finished. After waiting another almost 2 hours the car was finally done and they ended up changing me $40 more than what I was originally quoted and the only explaination they would tell me is that that is how much tax is. Tax on $150 isn't $40 in any schooling I've had and their customer support number was no help in resolving the issue. Definitely will not be back, nor will anyone I know!

Wow. What a bad experience. I went to get my car inspected somewhere else after booking an appointment with Cole/Midas over the phone, showing up and having them say that they can't do inspections for the time being. When I show up at the other place they say they can't pass my car because the work on my brakes, which had been by Cole, an unexpected job which the mechanic at Cole convinced me that I needed, was done incorrectly and I had to spend an extra hours labor there for them to assemble and adjust the parts correctly. When I called they said that since someone else had fixed their mistake, they had no proof that there was a problem in the first place.

Great service and even though they were super busy they were kind and respectful. I really appreciated the customer service and quality work.

I rarely review anything online unless it is super good or very unacceptable. Here is the later. I put lots of money, time, and effort on this unreliable shop. I changed a new set of winter tires and need to come again after only three months since they did not align the wheels and the tires turned shabby. Also, I changed a ball joint from here and right after I changed it the weird noise kept coming from my front wheel. I went back for fixing it and they told me "It is fine". Then six months later, the noise was getting worse so I change the place to fix it and the ball joint needed to be replaced. After a five times waiting for poor fixing which let me wait for six hours each time, I'm so upset about this shop and won't go here again. Please please avoid this place!!! Unreliable, untrustworthy, long wait, redundant fixing. Do not waste your time and money on this shop.

Never Again... Heard a rattling and made a lunchtime appt. When I got there, they had no record of it, but they said they'd "squeeze" me in (there was 1 other person in there). An hour later, they still didn't touch my truck. Went in and asked for my keys and said I was going to Midas down the road. Midas took me right in, took a look and said it was just a loose heat shield. Then they said "no charge"! After 10+ years and thousands of $ spent at Cole, I will never go there again. Midas - you just made a customer for life!
