They hired some really amazing staff at this location. Just brought a puppy home from Edmonton Humane Society so I needed all the basics.nnI believe her name was Dani, she was absolutely amazing in customer service, going above and beyond in explaining all the details when it came to dry vs raw food, crate size’s and more. She has made a customer for life!

I go here for the self-serve dog wash. It's fully tiled and raised for easy access with 3 or 4 types of shampoos and conditioners available, plus 2 towels! They have a hair capture system that my house does not so for $15 this is 100% worth it for me. They are always so friendly!nnI know my pup looks sad in the photos but he actually loves it there and always gets to pick out a treat on the way out :

The dog wash is very nice at that location, especially since they replaced the shower head much more powerful than before. It helps speed up the process considerably! There is everything you need to wash your dogs e.g., shampoo, conditioner, towels, fur-dryer, it's much more convenient than doing it at home, and the cost is very reasonable. You also get a free wash after ten washes. The smile on my girl's face proves it was a pleasant experience :

I frequently visit this location and usually find the staff to be very friendly. However, during a recent visit, I had an uncomfortable interaction with one of the staff members. Upon entering the store, I heard someone ask, “Do you need help finding anything?” I assumed they were addressing a lady at a nearby table and not me, as I had just stepped in. I didn’t respond, and then I heard the staff member remark, “Uhmm, okay, I guess I’ll take that as a no.”nnRealizing they might have been talking to me, I turned around and asked if they were addressing me. The staff member confirmed, and I replied that I didn’t need any help, thanking them.nnI found the staff member’s comment to be unnecessary, immature, and unwelcoming.

The staff at this location are amazing! The store manager, Dani was super sweet and very understanding with my adventure cats who have recently had a bad experience with a reactive dog at another pet store. She was even kind enough to mention to other customers that had dogs that we were in the store!
