Arrived with 5 minutes of closing time with a extremely muddy dirty dog and they told me I can’t use the dog wash station. I understand it’s late but the attitude was bad and rude, telling me there’s nothing they can do. Products in the store is usually more expensive than other stores.

Love this place, great choice of dog food. Although, the ladies that work at this location are extremely rude. The last time I was in there I had placed the bag of food on the counter and she flips it over and slams it down on the other side ( I assume because the price scan was on the opposite side ) and then continues to give me a dirty look as if she was mad about me placing it down on the wrong side? I couldn’t believe an employee would treat a customer in such a way. Then sarcastically laughs and says have a good day. Not to sure what I did to piss her off so bad but wow. Straight attitude every time I go in there.

Excellent store. Staff are friendly and helpful. They have all we need for our felines. Great prices too.🐱

I've always loved Pet Valu. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they have a great assortment of products.
