They have 2 dog bath stationsnBring your own shampoo. Theirs is waterery. Also they only blow cool air to dry your dog. I bring my dog home and blow dry him there. Costs $10
The staff at this store are wonderful - kind, welcoming, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. We bring our anxious rescue dog here at least once a week for some positive socialization experience, and they are always fantastic with her: they give her lots of space, ask if she can have treats, let her approach at her own pace, and don't try to pet her until it's clear she's comfortable with being touched. We wash her here as well, and they have closed the second dog wash station for her so she doesn't have the added stress of a strange dog next to her while she's having a bath. There's also a great rewards program on bags of dog food. There are larger stores with a bigger selection of products, but the staff at this store are priceless!
We go to Bosley’s Duncan regularly. I’m always impressed with my experience. Super personable and happy staff, well organized, clean, great selection and often good sales. They must have an excellent boss!
The staff are great super helpful with sizing our pooch with a raincoat that fits for his oddly shaped body super long and skinny they have a great selection of food for our dog,cat and bird. They also have a place to wash your own dog or ha e it groomed. I love the fact that they have us on file so we can collect rewards towards food for our pets and best of all if I lose my reciept and need to do an exchange on a raincoat for our oddly shaped pet it's no problem they just look us up on file .
Today was my first time at this location. I took my dog for his bath. I was happy with the products, space and towels provided. What I was not happy with is the blower, it’s too cold to dry your dog properly. My dog was not happy getting dried, this is usually his favourite part. I had to stop using the dryer and bring him home to finish drying him using a warm hairdryer. It was very cold outside today. I was also not satisfied with the answer the employer gave me regarding why the dryer was cold. She said it was because dog owners sometimes leave the dryer too long on one place and burn their dogs. I think the dryers are now cold to save on electricity cost not that owners accidentally burn their dogs. Couldn’t you set the heat to warm for everyone?
