Loved the support and recommendations I got here. I was fencing my yard and went to Home Depot,home hardware and the best service I got was here. The person who helped me gave me some great recommendations and truly knew what he was talking about. He helped me for my best interest and I very much appreciate that.
I recently visited Buckerfields in Duncan needing chicken wire fencing for a new garden project. I had absolutely no idea what I was doing in terms of measurements and materials. Thankfully, a staff member went above and beyond to assist me. He patiently helped me determine the layout and calculate the exact amount of fencing I needed, even referencing a photo I had on my phone. Since I'm not the handiest with math, this assistance was a lifesaver! He stayed with me, helped me pick out the right chicken wire and made sure I had everything. I've always been impressed with Buckerfields' selection and service, but this experience truly exceeded my expectations. Thanks to their expertise, I'm confident we can tackle the garden project with ease. I highly recommend Buckerfields in Duncan to anyone looking for friendly service and expert advice for their gardening needs!
Service is absolutely god awful; staff are impolite and extremely slow. Freezer burnt food with 0 refund. Oodyoos is a much better place to deal with. Highly recommend avoiding this location.
Been a customer off and on for 2 years. They have a cat with an open sore on its head. Keeps growing. However today they insist it’s shrinking and got defensive when I questioned them about it. Clearly your method of treatment isn’t working. Shame on you. Do better by your store cat !!
Not as varied a selection of goods as Parksville.... missing the interesting home decor, and housewares, also a more limited selection of pet supplies, but I think that's compensated by the friendliness of the staff. In Parksville I always got the impression that I should be grateful for any attention at all.... even when paying, and here there's all kinds of help offers and friendly people to serve, visit and help.nShoutout to the awesome staff!!!
