Great staff and great store. I started going there when I first ordered my chocolate lab and bought what I needed to get started. Puppy loves going in the store and visiting now

Through word of mouth I heard this location offered poor customer service. I stopped by out of convenience this week, and was ignored and "blown off" by staff that appeared not to care from the moment I walked in. I left feeling frustrated. This place is not worth my time or my business. It's worth the drive to Petsmart (or anywhere else.)

The staff is so friendly and helpful. I always go here for my dog food. They have helped me through skin and eating issues. Very knowledgeable personnel.

If you're looking for information on dog and cat food, I recommend this location. The staff is highly knowledgeable, even with small animal stuff. If they don't know the answer, they take the time to do research. Reptiles aren't their specialty, but if you need something that they have on their website but don't carry in their store, they will special order it in. Thanks Ladies!
