Wendy is amazing at what she does. She is very helpful, went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking. This location is very good at making the customers happy and I think Wendy adds great value to their team.

I had a great experience at the Nike Factory Store in Niagara! The store offers a fantastic selection of footwear, apparel, and accessories at discounted prices. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making sure I found exactly what I was looking for. The store layout is well-organized, making it easy to navigate through different sections. I was able to score some amazing deals on sneakers and athletic wear. If you’re a Nike fan, this store is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommend!

Crowded but you will find good deals. Was able to get a pair of Jordans for $80 + tax. But some prices of their products were the same as in their online website.nnCan't say much with the selection, I guess it's good if you have nothing in mind and would just be looking for great deals. I wasn't able to find the specific shoes I wanted here. Staff were very accomodating and approachable.

Went in to return item that had a flaw. Didn’t have my receipt. A manager named Adam helped me. He located my receipt and had the exchange done with zero hassle. Very impressed. Great Customer service.
