Staff will always help when needed! Large selection. This store specifically is a lot cleaner inside than most. Staff always helping find the best deals in store!

I thought I found the best groomer.  Cancelled 1st time and understand the situation.  Then I rebooked and 3 hours from appointment for 2 dogs they called me and said she called in sick.  I took off work to have dogs groomed.  Will not recommend to anyone to go there as unreliable.  Will make sure friends don't go there.

Small pets staff don’t know much about the products but that’s normal for PetSmart. Pretty standard selection. Ok quality.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I wish there were just a few more natural and organic treat options. I don't always find my dogs treats in stock, but their pricing policy is second to none.
