My first experience ever at Ruffins was great. I had a groomer by the name of Kayla and she did an awesome job. My dog is usually pretty skeptical about getting his nails trimmed so I go in with him during the process. Kayla was calm and completed the task with ease. I have a large, older dog so when it came time For him to hop down off the table, Kayla instinctively helped him get his back side down smoothly. It was very nice to see and I appreciated it. I will definitely go back!

Great experience's here. I've been taking my dog to get groomed here, it's the only place she doesn't mind going to. Also pick up all 3 different types of food for all 3 dogs, whenever they're out they are sure to order in more. The other day I took my new puppy in to get her nails clipped and they didn't charge for the first cut!! Always Great service and have a good selection of food, toys, and accessories.
