The staff is amazing. When you come in with your pets they are always friendly and play with your pets. If you need something ordered they will do it for you. This is one of my favourite places. Always good with the kids that come in.

Went here today after adopting an 8 week old puppy. The lady that helped me, Alyssa, was awesome! Listened to all my questions...offered multiple solutions & theories on raising a puppy- crating, housetraining etc. She made some great suggestions for food, treats, a toy etc. This will definately be my go to place from now on. Superior, and genuine, customer service is so hard to find nowadays.

The staff is very helpful and friendly.  The store is well laid out and orderly. Great shopping experience and I am happy to get our dog the best natural food and treats locally.
