Perkins Restaurant & Bakery

With 4 small kids, we really enjoy this restaurant. We can have large groups or small and they handle it without a twitch. They have some variety but mostly the same foods people keep coming back for. They don't offer scratch but their prices are reasonable and they post nutritional info. They are even flexible about low sodium diets.

I love Perkins and the service is usually good at this location. Unfortunately, most every time I come in a family of 6-8 obese hillbillies enter and are seated next to me. Usually the 3-4 year old brats start crawling all over and under the table while the teething toddler screams out "DA" every half minute, which of course is just adorable to the parents and grandparents. I then am forced to eat up and get out before I lose my mind.

If I could give zero stars I would! We ordered breakfast and a cinnamon roll. Our waitress Amanda mentioned there may not be any cinnamon rolls left (fine, inderstandable) then brought my coffee and no silverware. I mentioned I didn't have a spoon and she said they were our of clean silverware but would bring me some asap. After waiting 15 minutes I flagged down a different waitress and asked about the cinnamon roll that never came. She said she would check. 10 minutes later our food came along with the cinnamon roll. Amanda said she had forgotten about it. But my order was wrong (bacon instead of sausage), fine she brought me sausage shortly after. After never returning to check on us, my husband found a long black hair cooked into his pancakes! We were both done at this point. Total loss of appetite. We asked for a manager. He took off the food but still made us pay for the drinks which is kind of cheap. We will not be returning.

I was not to happy about this place because I had hair in my waffle. It was the most disgusting thing to me. But staff are some friendly and food came fast

Slow service especially since there was no one else there. Hashbrown way overcooked. The good thing was that the server was very pleasant and cheerful.
