Cub Foods

I really enjoyed shopping at this store in the past. There were so many things I liked. Very clean, always stocked departments. The produce is fresh, the meat department is super. I'm was just there to shop, the whole experience today was so unpleasant.

My favorite local store for grocery. The store food isle was moved around the last month, therefore, it could be a challenge to find items where I generally would grab. Overall, good customer service, inventory selection, and cleanliness.

Wow....... been shopping at cub for over 30yrs. Specifically coon rapids mn location. Never have I ever been treated so badly by employees. When I worked there it was keep the customer happy???? You def. can tell that cub just doesn’t care anymore. Let alone customer service. Really 7items or less yet I have to buy lottery tickets at customer service. Lady with long brown hair at about 4:15pm that told me to go to self check out. Who was so rude to call the self check out chic to give her grief about me saying to you that there was no one behind me I didn’t understand why you couldn’t help me. You def. don’t need to be working customer service. Cub....... sorry to say I don’t think I will be shopping with you guys anymore for such childish employees you carry at your store. Never knew cub was becoming selfless.

I've personally experienced discrimination here with a younger male manager later at night...other than that, they do have good deals most times on a good majority of what I've on my shopping list when I go here.
