Perkins Restaurant & Bakery

We had a group of 10 including some with special needs. The full staff went out of their way to accommodate us and to meet our needs. It was a great experience.

The food is decent at this location. But the wait staff could use a few lessons in customer service. One waitress in particular is quite rude for no reason and we weren't the only ones she was being rude to. She's the reason we won't go back to this location

Was a bit of a wait to get seated as nobody noticed us for at least 4 min. Mgr came over and apologized and sat us. First waitress was a bit rude when we ordered an arnie palmer drink. She said "you cant call it that because we call it half and half due to possible lawsuits" um what??? Ok Another waiter came up to take our order. He didnt smile once and didnt seem to want to be there. A smile goes along way in customer service. Maybe something bad happened in his life that morning. We wont hold it over his head. Overall the service was okay. The food was good. Would go back if in the area.

We have eaten here every couple of months for the past 2 years. We were disappointed with our breakfast today. We waited 40+ minutes to be served, our meals were not hot but edible and it appeared that our server was having a rough morning.

I ordered scrambled eggs. When I got them they didn't even taste like eggs. Found out the were boxed liquid. The manager told me that was a new ordinance in their city. Pork chops were over done. Toast was awesome.
