Fake maple syrup. Synthetic textured pancakes. Greasy everything else. But, hey it's Perkins, right. Service was pleasant enough.

Terrible place. 1st of all, this restaurant smells funny when you walk in. The odor is similar to an old building musty smell. 2nd the service was absolutely horrible. In the last year, I tried this place 3 times to be sure. The 1st time, the server was rude and dismissive. The 2nd time, adequate service - food was cold and when we returned the food it was wrong. 3rd time we tried this place, we waited 20 minutes ( put our menus down ) at our table and no server came over to take our order - we walked out.

I like the atmosphere here. It's cozy. Wish the hours were later though. Everyone is always very friendly.
