The staff are super friendly and very accommodating. They will go above and beyond even with odd requests to make thier guests happy and satisfied. I have eaten here multiple times with my family for a year now and have yet to have a negative experience here.

I think this is the best Perkins in the US. The food is always good. It's very well managed and staff is excellent.

Food wasn't fully cooked. Wait staff did their best to avoid coming to our table so we sat for 15 minutes before even getting our drinks ordered. Pancakes were burnt and majorly greasy. Eggs were still slimy and white.

A manager regularly cruises the room checking on customers satisfaction...it was very busy; Nice touch!
