Story

Confections of a Cake Lover is a bakery that thrives on adding artistic flair to traditional cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and assorted pastries. We specialize in the edible medium of fondant, which is a pliable sugar-based dough that is not available among local commercial bakeries. We identify ourselves as a “cake artist” because we strive to create edible art that aims to enhance our client’s celebratory event.

Our two mottoes are: Always from Scratch and Reach for the Customer’s Vision. It is important that our baked good are made with high-quality, fresh ingredients. Customer service is also of the utmost importance to us; we always strive to create the pastry that the customer wants (within good taste!) and take the time to communicate to our customers. With each specialty order that we receive, it is our personal goal to make a tasty and memorable pastry that the client and their guests will fondly remember for years to come.

Products

We offer two things: specialty made-to-order confections (for birthdays, weddings, graduations, etc.) and walk-in desserts (cupcakes, cakes and cheesecakes to purchase or to buy by the slice, etc.). We also offer beverages including coffee, Italian sodas, milk, and bottled water.

Ask us about corporate-related items including cookies and cupcakes that can have your logo printed on edible frosting sheets!
