Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar

Food was very good, also came out in a timely manner. Waiters we're very nice and helpful and checked on us often. However I was disappointed that it was Sunday at 1:30 and there was only one TV playing football. All you could hear was the radio and it didn't have any sort of sports playing. When a customer went to go tell the manager the manager became almost angry and said he didn't understand why the customer was upset. He said it was on 5 TVs but I agreed with the other customer in that there was only one TV showing it.

Good food... always decent service... it was busy but our food was timely and drinks kept filled... THE BEST MASHED POTATOES!

This place along with the franchisee's other establishments have continuously gone down hill. Enough is enough for us. We won't be back. Sad, it used to be good.

The food was okay if you like garlic, because that's all you can taste. Service was fine, the server was friendly when she came to the table. Most of the time the servers were all sitting at an empty table or hiding in a corner texting. The bathroom was filthy. It looked like the toilets hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The floor was dirty.
