I've been to a few People's locations and the one at the Seaway Mall and they've always been the best. Charlene, Belinda and Audrey have been wonderful. I will definitely be using this location as my store of choice!
My fiancé and I came in to get our wedding bands and Belinda and Alofe were exceptional. Such great service. They were attentive and pleasant. Very helpful. They made us feel good even on a smaller budget.
Always a great experience taking my jewelry to people’s. Charlene went above and beyond explaining the process of my repair, and then reviewing my profile to ensure all my diamond bonds and jewelry protection plans were accurate on my account
Absolutely amazing service, phenomenal sales experience. I wouldn't go anywhere else, as other jewelry stores were not so understandable. Allows you to look around & offers help, stays within your budget and doesn't push for more. Fantastic experience.
We purchased our wedding bands here. We had been in a few times to try styles on and the staff was extremely helpful, patient, and not at all pushy. When we went in to finally purchase the bands it was a very quick and easy process. No complaints here!
Amazing customer service. ALWAYS pleasant, happy and greats you upon entering the store. Everyone especially Charlene are more then helpful and gets things dealt with in a timely manner!
We had visited other People's location. We did not received the customer service that we did at Welland. Audrey and Aplha I'm sorry if I spelled your name incorrect have excellent communication skills and knowledge of their products. Would highly recommend the Welland People's Jewellery to anybody.
Belinda and Isaiah offer some of the best customer service around. They gave me plenty of suggestions and I had an overall amazing experience at this location. I'd recommend their service going forward to everyone I meet and I look forward to shopping with them again.
Belinda and Charlene were very friendly and helpful. Made excellent suggestions, took desired prices out for closer inspection. They were knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend.
Be cautious having any items resized here if they are of value to you. They sent out my wife's wedding ring and lost it. My wife is terribly upset as it was sentimental. They simply state they will replace the ring with new ones, however it in no way replaces the sentimental value. Will not shop here again
