Pen Center location Fantastic service. Went in and picked out both my ring and band on a busy Saturday. We never felt rushed and the staff were so helpful. Happy to say I got my dream ring from Kavar after checking all the shops in the mall who made us feel like they didn't care because we were looking at gem stones and not diamonds. Not Kavar! They were wonderful at showing us the selection they had.

November 8th my fiance proposed to me in Jamaica. November 11th we went into People's where he had purchased the ring, to get it sized. They informed us we'd have to wait for it to be remade and sent back. 16 weeks later, still no ring, still no answers from the store, we called head office. No one seemed to know where our order is. We had had MORE than enough with People's horrible service so we demanded our money back and went to Kavar to look for a new ring. We explained why we were looking for a new ring to the associate, Summer. She was so upset about how we were treated at People's and told us she would do everything she can to make this experience pleasant and exciting for us! We picked out the diamond and setting and ordered it on Thursday. They were able to give us an even better quality diamond, for less than what my fiance had paid at People's. Not even 24 hours later I have my beautiful engagement ring that I am completely in love with. I would HIGHLY recommend Kavar to anyone. The customer service we recieved was exceptional and I could not be more happy! We will be back very soon to pick out our wedding bands! Thank you so much Summer and the rest of the staff at Kavar!

Terrible experience, I have had my engagement Ring home 8 months, my fiance was promised a appraisal for my ring and all the necessary documents after spending nearly 3400.00. This jeweller has not once return any of my 6 phones calls in 8 months time, each time I call them and speak to an associate they have told me 3 times now I had just missed the last in store appraisal appointment that took place 2 weeks previous! I have been told perhaps I missed their call, perhaps my voicemail was full? Not likely seeing I carry a business phone with caller I'D. This is after my 6 phones calls and asking to be put on the priority list for a appraisal appointment and soon, nothing has been done. At one time the least they could offer us is to mail my ring to Toronto??? Not acceptable. Very disappointed. Extremely discouraging and to top it off, the ring did not match the band or discription of the actual height etc. For the ring band I wanted set with the diamond I chose after it was made. Terrible customer service.
