Brenda and Cathy were absolutely fantastic to work with through the entire process. The level of expertise, professionalism and overall friendliness made this process seamless and enjoyable from start to finish. The took the time and consideration to ask me questions and offer recommendations that ultimately created the perfect design. After extensive research on different jewellers in the area, I decided to go with Penner to have them help me find an engagement ring and I could not be more thrilled with the service and expertise I received. Brenda and Cathy are both an absolute joy to work with. Brenda was very patient and accommodating, especially considering I was very picky about some of the characteristics I wanted with the diamond. I had done a great deal of research on my own, but with Brenda's expertise I felt very confident in my eventual purchase and she went above and beyond to accommodate my rather strict parameters. Further, I was on a pretty tight timeline and Brenda was able to accommodate that as well, even staying open a little bit later on a Friday to complete the transaction and make sure I had the ring in time. The ring itself is stunning, the setting is immaculate and my fiancé is over the moon about it. Thanks Brenda and Cathy! Will definitely be going back for all of my jeweler needs in the future and can't recommend them enough!

I got home from a vacation where I had just purchased a beautiful 14k thin gold chain necklace that had become tangled & knotted around my neck while I was wearing it! Amazing experience at Penner Jewellers! Brenda and Cathy were extraordinarily helpful when I came in to have my wedding band designed. I was fortunate enough to have a few family stones passed down to me, and they helped put them into a beautiful design. We were on a bit of time crunch, but they made every effort so that I had my ring well before my wedding. I cannot say enough good things about Penner's. Highly recommended for their outstanding customer service and friendly environment.
