I really felt like we were treated as though we were trashy and not really worth the time. I got the ring I wanted and she was able to find a match for my engagement ring that I was looking for so I will be forever grateful for that. ( I am giving it three stars for that alone as she was able to find a match) As for my fiance we felt like she did not care nor try to find him a ring and he felt very uncomfortable and ended up buying a ring somewhere else. I wanted us to support a local business as we are from Welland but this left a bad taste in our mouths and I will go elsewhere to get my ring cleaned before we get married.

Alison Brown listened to my ideas, created the best design for my custom ring, and delivered as promised. Her concern for my being fully satisfied with the job prompted me to write this review. Customer service, and quality workmanship speak volumes in a locally owned business and Welland is lucky to have such a first class jeweller
