The location was absolutely perfect, & the rooms were pretty much just what we expected. A few of the amenities were a little rundown, & needed refreshing/replacing (only knife needed sharpening, toilet required jiggling to flush properly, etc), & there were a couple of things that were just plain missing (no wine glasses, no spare lightbulbs, no tea towels for drying dishes, etc), but those things were easy to overlook. The addition of a 25% discount at Sala Rossa restaurant, & free passes to a Casa del Popolo show during our stay were excellent perks too!

A perfect location, close the best shopping and restaurants in Canada! A very delicious latte awaits you in the morning downstairs. The venue is also a great place to meet people, relax, or catch some local talent and art. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and spacious. What else can you ask for?

We stayed in room two and it was perfect! The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was basic but clean, quiet and more than adequate for our needs. The neighbourhood is the best (drink beer at Dieu du Ciel and eat poutine at Chez Claudette) and the metro is only a short walk away. We found BIXI bikes to be the fastest way to navigate the city, which is very flat and great urban cycling. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back, thank you!
