The suite itself was nicely decorated and equipped with all the necessities required in a home. The city was in a deep freeze, but the units heater couldn't get the temperature over 18 degrees Celsius. Hot water runs out quickly

Had to wait on the phone for the code to enter but the service went quick and easy after that. Room was perfect and clean. I would recommend.

First off, amazing customer service. Always available 24/7. The place itself was huge and was more than we expected. Made our vacation easier. The balcony was a nice touch. Fantastic full kitchen, bathroom, etc etc. It even had Netflix for your enjoyment (and cable too if you want to watch live sports!) Our daughter left her security item behind, you know, a doll that she must have at all time. Well we called them and they are mailing it back! Now that's excellent customer service and we will be back for sure, even recommending them! Also, buy parking tickets across the street at a convience store. $6 a day, I managed to get a spot steps away from the door. (PS, the place is on the second floor so be prepared!) Enjoy!

All new, very clean, appliances including washer dryer, great studio in a great location nearby to just about everything!

The wait for the reception to get into the unit took us an hour.
