Story

Bienvenue Bed and Breakfast est située tout près du centre-ville, au coeur du Plateau Mont-Royal sur une rue résidentielle calme et paisible. L’avenue Laval est bordée d’arbres et de maisons aux jolis balcons et corniches de bois sculptés. Le quartier foisonne de restaurants, boutiques, cafés et terrasses; de plus l’activité culturelle y est très riche. Dans le journal Le Devoir on cite "une ambiance de petite auberge de campagne plane dans l’air; la maison fleurie et pimpante regorge de plantes et de lumière."

Le gouvernement canadien nous a décerné le titre d’ambassadeur du tourisme "en reconnaissance d’un effort exceptionnel qui s’inscrit dans la tradition canadienne d’amitié et d’hospitalité à l’égard des touristes étrangers."

Au fil des ans Bienvenue B&B a été l’objet de plusieurs mentions dans différentes publications et guides touristiques internationaux. Il nous serait très agréable de vous recevoir et de vous aider à découvrir les charmes de notre ville.

Bienvenue Bed and Breakast is located in the heart of the city, on a lovely and peaceful tree-lined avenue. Our home rubs shoulder with other landmark houses dating from the turn of century. This residential pocket is surrounded by restaurants, shops and sidewalk cafes on St-Denis and St-Laurent streets. A leisurely half hour strool will lead you to the Old Port, one of the most European settings in all of North America where you can wander through narrow, cobblestone streets and visit Eighteenth Century churches or take a guided tour in a horse drawn buggy. We’re just a few blocks from Place Des Arts(Montreal’s premier theatre), the Contemporary Art Gallery and the financial district and famous shopping center lie just beyond. In five minutes you’llfind yourself at the foot of the Mont Royal park where you can hike up to a fantastic view of the city and surrounding area.

In addition to the many guidebooks and articles featuring the Bienvenue Bed and Breakfast, the Canadian government took note of our efforts and honoured us with the Ambassador of Tourism title... in recognition of an exceptional effort in the spirit of the Canadian tradition of friendship and hospitality extended to foreign visitors.
