Staff is not as friendly as they should be - I felt like I was bothering them. No greeting whatsoever when you walk in the store. Felt like pulling teeth to get some assistance it seems to me that when I was in here a year ago the staff was better but not so much now :(

I don't seem to understand why plus size clothing is so shapeless! If I want to wear a BIG square then I would rather walk around wearing a card board box! Torrid offers clothes that enhance your curvaceous body not making it look bigger, frumpier and sloppy! Why can't Penningtons do the same! Spring collection is the depression collection!!!! Nothing says thrive and feel alive instead the sensation is cover, square and bellowing hibiscus!!! Cant we have something to match a classy or vivacious personality that assists plus size women with shapely wear that compliments a plus size figure not just through accessories! If I wanted to look like I shop at Talbot clothing then I would shop there, next thing we will be in knit cat cardigans wearing cloud light shoes and a cane as our accessories enhancement - I want something young, fun and matches my personality!!!!!

I walked into the Brentwood store, no one greeted me. The two sales woman were talking to each other the entire 25 minutes I was in the store. I had to ask for help to get my size shorts. Then with hands full I made my way to the fitting room, no one asked if they could start a room for me, I finally went to pay but had to wait 5 minutes before anyone came to help, she wasn't friendly at all, she didn't ask if I found everything I was looking for, she looked mad. I was glad to get out of there. And she was the manager. So disappointed!! .
