this location has the best service in the city because of Megan. She’s a wonderful employee and very helpful with pairing up pieces to match. I bought a blouse and came home and saw it was damaged, went back, Megan helped me and ordered a new blouse into the store and called me as soon as it arrived. The exchange was hassle free! Anytime something I want is out of stock, they always offer to order it into the store for me!

Poor customer service. My last experience going in, I was looking for a specific pair of pants I saw online, and had to wander around the store for a while, sales staff ignoring me and avoiding eye contact. There was nobody in the dressing room area so I went to their back stock area where a staff member rudely told me "the dressing rooms are over there". Nobody bothered to help me figure out the different sizes or fits, after I went out and grabbed 4 more sizes/fits myself, tried them all on and finally found the right one, only then did someone come and ask if I was doing alright. Too bad the pants fit me nicely, I would rather not have given them my money. Will not be returning.

Nice selection of items. Very high quality and of course pricey. I got me a pair of mits and I think I love them.
