If you are not coming in to spend like $10K in one take and are not wearing your best tailored suit you will be treated poorly. Granted, there are few good sales people there that will take care of you no problem. I don’t mind it though, I am there for quality clothing (which they do have). P.S. I am just wondering, those sales people realize that they are just “sales people,” yes? And not VCs working on Wall Street?:)

Excellent quality suiting and service. I got a made-to-measure Munro suit from Harry about a year ago. The quality is extremely good and the service was excellent. The price was reasonable for made-to-measure, about $1200 including some upgrades from their most basic fabric and customization level. You can get something for cheaper if you are on the lookout for their Munro or made-to-measure events and can do without some add-ons. The real reason to come here is the service. Their staff were very professional and knowledgeable about the products, and were able to help me pick out the suit that best fit my body type and intended use (e.g. everyday wear vs. special occasions only). Their expertise resulted in what has quickly become my go-to suit. They offer life-time alterations for regular-priced items. I have taken advantage of this twice. The first was to slightly adjust the sleeve length right after getting the suit, and the second was to adjust the pants after a year of use as I put on some weight. The alterations came back perfect every time.

purchased a made to measure suite a few month ago and its has been the best decision I've made in a long time. staff is knowledgeable and offer good suggestions.

Terrible service both locations. I used to be a loyal Holt Renfrew customer but sadly many of the great brands ( Lanvin, To Boot, Cucinelli, Loro Piana) were taken over by Harry Rosen, which is a shame because for years the service has been horrible in both locations. 90% of the time the sales people look you over and walk away, when you ask for service they treat you like your inconveniencing them. Last week I went in wearing jeans, Lanvins, my Rolex and a T Shirt and two salespeople looked me over and walked away. Even after I bought a pair of $500 shoes was treated as an inconvenience. Let alone when my girlfriend went back to pick them up and was also snubbed. HORRIBLE SERVICE... maybe I'll have to put on a Tom Ford suit and come in with an entourage to be taken seriously.
