We are a high end consignment boutique that is dedicated to providing you with high quality, stylish and affordable gently used garments at unbeatable prices!!! We now have FOUR locations to serve you better!

Trend is ALWAYS accepting new consignors!! Come by anytime during our store hours to fill out a contract and START RECYCLING!

We give any unwanted clothing STRAIGHT TO CHARITY, so you don't need to worry about coming back to pick things up, and we're helping families in need!

This has been my favorite consignment store in Calgary for a few years now, but unfortunately I think I will start shopping and consigning elsewhere. I appreciate the selection of workout clothes, the sorting system (by type of clothing and color), and the prices. I need business formal clothing for work and I've gotten lots of great pieces at Trend. That said, since some of the staff changed, visiting the store is a stressful experience for me. I understand that they're trying to be welcoming, but I find the offers to bring me tea or take my coat and the repeated attempts to engage me in conversation a little overbearing when I'm just trying to browse. I'm fine with dogs, but anyone who doesn't like them or who is allergic should be aware that there are two (friendly!) dogs in the store also. I'm aware that I may be atypical, but I would rather be left alone to do my shopping in peace. This is nothing against the current owners or staff at all, and I recognize that probably some of the things I identified are perks rather than bugs for other shoppers, but these are my personal preferences and I think probably there are others who may share them.

Usually takes a lot for me to take the time to post a negative review hence why I'm here today. I had brought in two bags of good clothing and despite that I went to check on my account to be told but nothing from the load of clothes I brought was put in the floor. 
Even if every other article was not up to their standards I brought in 4 pairs of brand new express dress pants brand new not a scuff not a stain nothing this place obviously a scam I've had suspect thoughts about their practices before but now it is confirmed don't bring your consignment clothes here if you expect to have any return on your good used clothes

Consigners: Be Warned! 

I'd been shopping here for a couple of years now. As such, when i gained weight and had to get rid of a bunch of clothes that didn't fit anymore, this was the place i took them to. 

I should have read the reviews beforehand! 

Early this fall, I took a couple of bags of carefully inspected clothes (by me), and only two items where taken in, none of them sold. The two bags i took in contained items i'd only worn once, and they were in mint condition -- i wouldn't have got rid of them if they still fit me well!
 
Funny enough, the items i thought were the top sellers didn't even make it to the floor (a Chanel style Zara blazer i'd only worn once, for example). This didn't seem quite right, so i had to look into the reviews for other consigners' experiences. 

I'm not shopping there anymore, which is unfortunate, as i really like their style and choices, but not at the expense of consigners. If i'd known my money wasn't really going into the consigners' pockets, i wouldn't have become their client. I can't help but wonder if all the wonderful items i've got there were ever paid to the consigners. This store practices suck.

Sent me the wrong sized item, no big deal, I'll send back after they agreed to send the correct size and refund my postage. Sounded good, until I actually sent the item back, tracked, it was signed for by them, however they seem to believe they do not have my item, when it was signed for over a week ago now. Shown them the tracking and signature, then I just have a generic email response and no one ever gets back to me. Goodbye £11.99. I'll see you again some day.
