I was looking for a used, reliable low km, great price car for my mom and step dad. As they are both seniors we would not settle for anything but to have all our wants met. I explored Philips Auto Sales online and thought would give them a try. Note we were shopping on a long weekend so most things were not open and we were driving over 2 hours to get there. I spoke to salesperson Mike and he said asked when we will be in town on the weekend. He immediately agreed to meet what ever time was good for us with no pressure or time constraints. He had several cars we were interested in already disinfected before we got there and had all the pricing done up on them everything included so we knew what to expect. He let my mom and step dad test drive each car as many times as they needed and never ever pressured them on what one they should buy. He was a very kind patient and respectable salesman. He let them make the choice themselves with no pressure or influence from him. His goal was for THEM to be comfortable with everything. He was very polite and well spoken and answered all their questions without giving other bogus information to try and influence the sale. He was like going to see one of your own family as you felt he was really there to help and cared about you. We could not of asked better. Would recommend anyone looking for a vechile to check out this company and ask for Mike if he is available. We already got him on the hook looking for another one for family for something. I told him no rush as long as we get the items we are requesting needed for our new machine. After meeting Mike and making one sale I got no doubt that he will get what our needs are in a vechile at a great price we can afford. This company has great quality used cars on their lot. Newer years and low km for great prices. Worth your time to check out this company! Would recommend to all my family and friends! Thank you Philips Auto Sales and thank you Mike for being so awesome. My mom and step dad is so pleased and so happy.
Amazing customer service. Went above and beyond to get me the vehicle I wanted after a really poor experience with another dealership. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Mike was an awesome salesman and always helped me out and answered any questions or concerns I had. Gave a rating of 5 out of 5 stars!
If I could give 10 stars I would! Paul and Mike went above and beyond to help me get the car I needed. The time that was put in to help me get a payment I could afford and a low interest rate I appreciate so much. They care about helping you and it shows. The folks at Phillips were great. They offered a very reasonable value on my old trade in. Also, after some issues arose with the new vehicle they fixed it free of charge.......As good as you will get.
Well they have awesome customer service and go beyond even that. They actually gave me hope because starting out isn't easy for someone with bad credit. This is the place to go when you are looking for hope. They will help in anyway possible. Thank you Mike for the great customer service.
