I'm sure they have everything there but good luck finding it, asked 3 staff where a product was the had no clue sent me to the Pro desk who was annoyed I has asked him and told me to ask one of the 3 previous. Then wanted to know exactly who didn't know.. honestly it's a last resort for us, it's overpriced, not great customer service and hard to find anything.
A truly wonderful store. Extremely well-stocked and staffed by knowledgable, helpful and friendly people. We have had numerous instances where the staff have gone out of their way to help us. A place where service never went out of style.
Quaint. Has at least one of everything. Such a refreshing change from a big box store. Be sure to support this great store.

The sales rep. Who approached me, was very informative and respectful. He advised me on the best products for my needs, and had me out the door in no time. I had to ask his name because of how helpful he was. Thanks Doug for you excellent advice.
Helpful friendly staff. The reason for the 4 star rating was they didn't have exatctly what I was looking for. This wasn't the fault of the store With no stock truck for a quite a while their stock is now diminished or out I will still try to purchase locally when I can.
This a great local hardware store. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Ordering from the phone during Covid situation is easy. The staff member, Judy was exceptionally patient and helpful. She was willing to take the time to ensure the products requested were in fact, in stock, she also confirmed delivery for other out-of-stock items I had previously ordered. It was a breeze and at no time did I feel rushed. I highly recommend Penner Home Hardware.
