Purchased a pandora bracelet from this place for my friend and I can tell you it was a great experience. The lady working there named Erica is absolutely amazing, she made my experience better than anyone could of imagined. She took her time explaining the product with me and helped me to pick the best charms that would go together with bracelet. I basically threw my budget out the window because she made my experience great. Thanks a lot pandora and especially to Erica! Highly recommend this location!

Great service! Found exactly what we were looking for. Sales agent was great very informative, friendly. GreT service over all. Store was quiet so it was perfect to get all of the attention witb no rush from the Sales lady at the counter.

Ordered item...picked it up in 48hrs

Bought a ring here for Christmas, was told if the size was incorrect to come back and exchange for a bigger size. When I returned to the store 2 days after Christmas to exchange from a 50 to a 52 a staff member Hayley, was very rude and stated that this ring looked as if it had been worn quite a lot and upon showing her the receipt she was still very skeptical and rude. Very unhappy with my service here. Do not recommend.
