the best, most reliable trustworthy jewellery experience i have ever had. The quality of the jewelry added with Michael's personality and customer care is the reason why I drive from Toronto to see Michael whenever i need something. thank you again.

Not good experience at all. Wanted my setting to be repaired and he wanted me to leave ring with him while he traveled to Toronto. I said I was comfortable with leaving my ring out of sight so he tells me to go somewhere else since he will feel uncomfortable having someone watch as he fixes the ring. Really!!! Who says that? 
Zero business for this place. Very unprofessional, to leave your ring with this place is very risky. 2 thumbs down.

We moved from the Niagara region over 4 years ago to Halifax, Nova Scotia. Jewelry by Michael is still our Jeweler! Yes we make the commute to have our work done here by this team...2nd to none! It's more than trust when you consider them friends....thanks again guys...see you soon
