Outstanding customer service and excellent selection! I bought my watches from Karat Jewellers and also had several repairs of my other watches done there. Repairs are done fast and thoroughly - have never had a single issue with them. I checked prices in other stores in St Catharines and Karat's prices were the lowest. My girlfriend loves them as well - they made a custom made ring for her and it is absolutely gorgeous! The owner and the staff are very polite and welcoming - they make you feel very comfortable and actually take their time to explain you everything about their products and services regardless of your budget. What I personally like the most is that they never try to push into buying something that you cannot afford. They always help you find the best WITHIN your budget. If you are shopping for a high quality jewellery that is adequately priced, you must check them out before going anywhere else! You can always get a great deal there. Great and friendly service / had my ring resized; only took three days and was $90.00 including tax. For the same resizing at another jewellery store the cost would have been over $200.00 plus tx with an extra cost if they did it in one week. Karat Jewellers did a great job at a very reasonable price. And they fixed my chain/chair for free / thanks.

During the summer I had a watch battery changed here on the spur of the moment. It was done while I shopped and it was cheaper than I thought it would be. Because of this good experience I bought a gold necklace from there also and had no problems at all. I found the Greek guy very helpful and entertaining both times. I will definately go back.
