Sport Chek Winston Power Centre

I use to go to the SportChek by Square OnenFor convenience as it was close to home. Ever since my son started playing hockey I popped into this location and had the pleasure of having Jacob help me get my son ready for hockey. He was patient in explaining the equipment to me as well as knowledgeable . It is hard to find great service these days so thank you Jacob for providing exceptional service and engaging with my boys. Having these types of employees makes it easier for customers to feel comfortable when shopping.

Receiving assistance from Nawang was a great customer experience. She was engaging, helpful, and went above and beyond to find my size when others told me they weren't available. I could tell that she genuinely wanted to help and find a solution which unfortunately is rare these days. I will definitely be returning in the future, keep up the great service

Worst experience ever.nI bought a pair of sports shoes on the SportChek website. When they arrived, I found they didn’t fit, so I went to the store to return them. I brought my printed order page with me, but a male staff in the store told me that my order number was actually a tracking number, and he couldn’t process the return for me.nI asked him to check if he could find my order in the system. He click a screen couple times then saying there was no information about my order. He said I needed a barcode to process the return. I opened my SportChek account on my phone to show my order, but he insisted that only a barcode would work. However, I had never received an email from SportChek that included a barcode.nnhe said that while he didn’t think I had stolen the shoes, there was no information to prove that I had purchased them. I had my printed order, credit card, and order confirm email, none of it seemed sufficient to prove my purchase. I was very angry at this point, so I started arguing with him. Suddenly, his attitude changed, and he said he could help me resolve the issue. He managed to find my order and processed the refund without any further problems.nnI really want to know whether SportChek has changed its return policy or if this particular store has added its own rules. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue. The last time I tried to return kids stuff, they also asked me for a barcode. Since I was in a hurry, I had to leave, I went to a different store and returned the item without any problems.nnWhat exactly the barcode is ? Why haven’t I encountered the same issue at other stores? If the barcode can replace the order number, then why not send the barcode directly instead of a bunch of information that doesn’t include it?

I had a good experience at SportsChek. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made my visit enjoyable. They also have a great variety of bikes available, so there are plenty of options to choose from. Overall, it’s a nice place to shop for sports gear!
