Terrible customer service from both the floor employee and the person behind the registrar. They are arrogant when asked basic questions about their jobs and make it seem like you’re bothering them. We asked them if we could see a door handle out of the box only to be told no you can see it perfectly clearly in the box. We told the lady we’d start by buying one handle to test it first and she arrogantly answered “it’s a door handle what is there to test out?” We discovered once leaving that the handle we bought is the same price at Rona or Home Depot so we’ll be buying the rest of them there to avoid another terrible experience.
Only reason why I shop at this place is for the prices, otherwise the employees are very rude, bad attitude, one of the employees his reeks of booze.
They own a construction material store but open at 9:30 . Like as if construction workers start theyre day at 10:30
Excellent spot for second hand interior doors, and they're less than half the cost of a new one. There's a ton of selection and they're in good condition; just needs a fresh coat of paint and the hinges/handle.
They don’t always have what you need but when they do the price is great
