Canadian Tire

I had an appointment at 9 am for a mechanical inspection. At noon, I was still waiting and the mechanic had just started to work on the car of the 8 am appointment. When I complained to the manager, he told me that the inspection would be done by 8 pm! From the waiting room, I called the Auto Center and asked for an appointment at 1 pm. When they realized that I was already there, waiting, the manager has asked his mechanic to do my inspection in priority. After 4 hours in the waiting room, the 30 min inspection was finally done!

Worst customer service ever. Got an appointment at 7pm for a remote car starter installation, the girl at the store told me it would take 2 hours so I left my car there and the next morning they called to tell me that the technician never came and the best they can do is move my appointment to the following week. No compensation whatsoever.

Excellent service même 10 minutes avant la fermeture. On a mis des pneus de côté pour moi le même jour que je suis allée les chercher. Personnel courtois et aimable.

Je vais résumé en bref, probablement le pire canadian tire au Quebec, tu as de la difficulter a retourner la marchandises, meme si elle n'a pas du tout été utilisé, tout les départements sont mauvais, le garage est a eviter problème assuré

une ostie de gagne de dummy jregardais le gerant dans son bureau en arriere des caisses, yavait lair dune grosse marde
