We needed things for our Hollywood Showcase event and this was the perfect place to get the things we needed to decorate the dance studio. The staff was helpful as well as they are knowledgeable about their stock and the location of everything which allows your visit to be quick and precise. They have a good selection of stock at a good price. They definitely get my two thumbs up.

Good store but the staff apprentice is very unprofessional!!! Most of the girls who work there look like they just rolled out of bed! In any work environment you must dress properly. Customers would take you seriously and want to come again

I ordered a Halloween costume on October 22nd and it arrived on November 1st while they said it would arrive on October 26th. Whatever its fine just as long as they refund me? They refused to refund me and the staff also called me a liar claiming it arrived on October 29th. Note I also noticed that it was taking a long time to arrive so I tried to cancel the order, but it said on the website I can't cancel orders but I can return them after Halloween, the staff denied that. Felt like they just didn't want to give up $75 they just stole from me. I also tried to phone them to cancel the order, but the person on the phone said they didn't know about my order and then they very rudely hung up on me right in the middle of the call talk about customer service lol. They are a bunch of CAPITALISTS

Great big selection of balloons and party needs. They're already selling Halloween costumes and decorations now. This was a pretty big store with lots to see for your different party options.

Got so many last minute party things for my father in law's 70th birthday. The staff were very helpful and were able to get me everything I needed. The prices were fair.

Nice place with decent amount of parking. Wish there was more staff at the counter as the line regularly has 5-6 people waiting. That may not seem bad but can get to be a really long wait when everyone wants to inflate balloons. Might be best to go there off peak hours.

Always understaffed with a huge line. The staff that they DO have are the slowest and make no effort to help customers.

Associate Natale is very slow and has no clue what she is doing then makes it seem like I’m making the mistake of giving the wrong phone number when I don’t even have to give my number she is super strange. I would also like to add that I came to this location again October 28 to purchase 3 costumes. One of the costumes they gave me said missing gloves which was unfortunate to me so I asked the cashier if he can either find out if there is another costume with all the items posted or discount for the missing gloves and he replied “oh my god “ I was super shocked he kept huffing and puffing while asking an associate to find me another costume he had terrible customer service skills and should not be employed here
