Absolutely the worst customer service received. I really don't think these pple give a damn about their customers. The lady literally screamed at me that we don't sell that particular item. I told her, you have advertised about it in the newspaper and that's why I am here! She denied it and gave me the look to get out!

I went into this store planning on buying a rice cooker. The owner was on the phone and I passed by him and he did not acknowledge me. It was very clear I had some questions so I waited patiently. The owner finished with his phone call and instead of asking me if I need any help, he made another phone call. There was absolutely no way I was going to buy anything from this guy after that rude interaction and I would highly discourage anyone else to buy from him. There are many better options in North Vancouver.
