Shoppers Drug Mart

I have only ever been there during the day, the staff are very lovely. However the store feels very tight as there are too many products with not enough room

I gave 3 stars because the day staff is pleasant and service oriented. But the young kids they hire for evening are a whole other story - self centered, rude, and lazy. My advice is to walk those extra few blocks to London Drugs where the selection is so much better, and at least some of their staff are very helpful.

If I could give this place a zero I would. In November I went into this Shoppers location and was going to get hair dye but then opted out of doing so. I then left the store. The store manager, Tyler Atkins proceeded to stalk me out the store and follow me up lonsdale. He waited for me while I was in a different store. When I left the store, he pounced and accused me of stealing hair dye. I told him I didn't but he refused to believe that (even though he had no proof) and became hostile and aggressive with me. He threatened to call the police and after him hurling so much abuse at me, I showed him my bag. There was no hair dye in there. He looked like his head was going to pop off. He still did not believe me. I then said I wanted to talk to someone in charge and walked back to the store. He told me he would not let me in because shoppers is "private property" So I forced my way in to talk to his boss. His boss came and apologized for his actions and asked me to send an email about the incident. Tyler gave me a slapstick apology that was very rude and not sincere. I emailed his boss and never got a response back. I'm shocked shoppers would allow a maniac to manage one of there locations and I would advise people to avoid this location at all cost unless they want to be verbally abused & intimated by Tyler Atkins.
