Dr. Matt Rampetsreiter

Dr. Matt did such a great job listing to me and making my ingrown toenail fix as cofertable as it can be. His directions for care were also very helpful.

Dr. Matt, as he is known, has the rare trait of actually listening to what his patients say. He is extremely knowledgeable about his specialty, yet works hard to keep the patient a part of the decision-making process. I am a nurse, so my standards are high, and Dr. Matt meets them well. While he knows my knowledge level is high, he has gone the extra steps to make sure my wife, who does my home foot care, is fully up to speed as well. Dr. Matt is one of the more personable Docs I have ever worked with, very gentle and soft spoken. While there is confidence and leadership, he is also refreshingly humble. He has called me at home several times to pass along thoughts and ideas, and just to check in between visits. Who does that anymore? Dr. Matt has been treating a stubborn foot ulcer of mine which needed several surgeries to get under control. I was awake through the surgeries, and Dr. Matt was happy to answer my questions and describe what he was doing during every step. The healing process has been remarkably trouble free, and his teaching has made home care safe and effective.The wound is nearly healed, due in part to his willingness to try innovative strategies in combination with time-tested traditional treatments. I will not hesitate to recommend Dr. Matt to friends and family, or to return to him the next time something goes wrong with my feet.
