Years ago it was a great campground but fires have ruined it. During Archery Season it’s 100% occupied by California hunters, hence the fires. It could be 100 degrees and 50 mph winds and they have campfires burning.
out in the middle of nowhere, so very quiet. very busy on weekends. clean vault bathrooms. mosquitos at dawn and dusk. nice large sites. a small creek flows next to it, good to cool down in.
Clean facilities, well kept camp sites.
