Staff was accommodating. However, room had an enormous black bug on the wall above the bed. I was exhausted and it was midnight so I moved to the other bed. There appeared to be work being done to the place, at least I hope it doesn't normally look so torn up outside! I got about 3 hours sleep due to upstairs guest stomping around from 3:30 on. Then at 4, Spanish speaking people started hollering back and forth outside my door. Bad experience all the way around. Oh, if you have dogs, you get a dog room. Mine was under the metal stairs, nice echo. There's 0 place to take your dog potty in the morning. They gotta go, so it's in parking lot.
Stayed here recently for one night. This place is seriously a dump. That said the bed was decent and the shower had good pressure but that’s the only good things I can say. There is garbage all over this place. We arrived at 4:30 and they were still cleaning rooms and most of the room doors were wide open, filling with flies. I had to kill several in our room. There are no room darkening blinds in these room. The blinds they use are transparent. There are lights on the exterior by all the room doors so the room stays very light all night. I woke up several times thinking it was morning from all the light. A room cleaning cart was parked below our room window all night long. I took lots of pics to prove my complaints but I can’t share them here unfortunately.
Staff was pleasant, but rooms are run down and dirty. Paint is bad and floors are extremely dirty. I am not sure about bed linens. I paid $165 for a room for one night which was twice as much as they have should charged. Only one light in the bedroom area no overhead, one very small bed table lamp. . Refrigerator did not work. Common ares are dirty and run down. Breakfast was poor nothing hot, no fruit, and dirty facilities. I am surprised at the Expedia good reviews. I am learning to not trust Expedia reviews. Days Inn should be ashamed to promote this property.
Very sketchy place. We felt like we crashed a hotel party, but everyone scattered when we pulled in. There were beer cans/bottles, shoes, and coolers left out. Receptionist had no shirt on when we first arrived, but he did put something on as he was walking into the building. He didn't know where to direct us to our room, we're pretty sure he was intoxicated. He was having a lot of trouble trying to get us checked in and we had to repetaedly remind him we had a online reservation. Rooms were dirty. There was a beer can on the window seal that someone came back for at 3am. Window was left open and A.C. was off, so room was extremely warm when we entered. Coffee pot had coffee with mold growing on it and the filter. Shower had used shampoo bottles sitting in the window seal. Beds were clean and comfortable. The floors had dust bunnies and hair floating across them. Parking was difficult in a full size truck, but receptionist did direct me where to comfortably park. We would have went elsewhere, but it was the middle of the night and we were exhausted.
Unprofessional check-in, met by barking growling dog that barked and growled at child, dirty cramped parking area, phone and wifi didn't work, room was dirty - food mashed into carpet by bed that had to have been there for possiy a month or more. Very very low class experience. Year round residents. Whole property old and seen better days. Free breakfast was pretty good with medium selections - bread and bagels with toaster, condiments like butter, peanut butter, jelly, cream cheese packs; cereals, fresh fruit, breakfast bars, milk, juices and yogurt. Budget price, budget experience. Even tho room physically was old and unkempt the sheets were clean and fresh, and the bathroom was clean and sanitized.
