Days Inn Burns

The absolutely lovely woman who works the front desk is The Best Person and completely made my stay. I don't know how to describe 'why', just trust me - she is the real deal. Now, all that being said, the bed was firm in a just-right way. The sheets were ALL COTTON, crispy and fresh - WOW! The bathroom and separate wash basin area were clean. They offered Matrix products at the sink... fab. The air conditioner worked well - a really nice thing is that it just ran in the background, it didn't go off and on all night, it just ran with a reasonable, low-grade hum. The room also had a tiny fridge, microwave, little coffee maker (you could bring your own beans/filter), a good size table with 2 chairs, a chest of drawers, and tv. They have a small outdoor pool which looked very clean and inviting. This is a budget-friendly accommodation so please don't expect a Hyatt experience. I would not hesitate to stay at this very convenient location again, especially if the dear woman at the front desk is still there!

Nice place, I would recommend it to anyone. We have stayed there three or four times over the last ten years. It has always been good. Modest, unassuming, but good.

Don't stay here....head quickly up the road or sleep in the Safeway parking lot! I would have had a better shower in the sink! There was hardly any water pressure and the water didn't drain so I was standing in the tub full of dirty water and shampoo around my ankles! My wife was going to make coffee in the morning until she looked inside the coffee maker and it looked like someone tried to make oatmeal in it a year ago! Absolutely disgusting!

Service was good, but the room was just ok. A little spendy for the age and condition. Everything seems to function OK in the room, but it was hard to tell the cleanliness because of lack of lighting.

Amazing people here very nice. And out of all the motels I've stayed in this one smells the best. I love the wood floors, instead of the dirty carpet in other motels. spacious great place to lay your head.
