This was a very comfortable place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and all of the necessary amenities were there. I was in the first floor and could hear indistinct conversations from the room above me. Nothing that was a bother and no privacy was violated. The floor just seemed a bit thin. Other than that I really enjoyed the stay and plan on making it my home away from home when I am in Burns.

We arrived here late after long drive. While the price was a little high. I was very surprised at the newness and cleanliness of this hotel. The pool and hot tub are wonderful. The room was clean and quiet. The bathroom was large with granite counters. Extra pillows on bed was appreciated. And the breakfast was not fast but tasty and better then most. I would stay here again.

Better than average BW. Very nice decor in lobby. Beautiful indoor pool area. Added extras for free breakfast including make your own blueberry or regular waffles & yummy fruit topping. This hotel was better than many BW plus. Friendly staff.

Great Staff and very helpful. Room was 95% in great shape. Very clean and odor-free bed. This particular Best Western is much better than some in big cities. Like many big chain hotels the eggs are the pre-cooked "tire patch" ones , along with the sausage but still not bad. This IS the best motel in Burns.

We have stopped here a number of times. The staff is friendly and efficient, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the decor is interesting and different. I enjoy the western atmosphere. Oh and the rates are reasonable.
