Americas Best Value Inn Burns

For remote town in the deserts of Oregon this is a pretty nice hotel. We had to check in late so the desk clerk left our key in a drawer for us to get. So we didn't have issues with waiting around for the desk clerk to wake up. The room was pretty nice. Breakfast was fine. Parking is limited when the place fills up. I think there is about one parking space per room. Fortunately there is a giant lot next door adjacent to the derelict King's store.

Mid range motel. Room was clean and appropriately appointed. Staff was pleasant.

Great place: clean, great customer service, pet friendly , and good price,too! In-door pool with spa. Free breakfast not that great. 2 kinds of cereal, toast,and Instant oatmeal. Coffee (standard)

No one was at the front desk when I showed up at 12:30am. I went to every hotel in Burns and while they were all fully occupied, each of the others had someone waiting at reception. One of the receptionists commented that America's Best Value often had complaints about that. If you are traveling late and don't want to sleep in your car, pick a different hotel.
