Papa Johns Pizza

Do not order from here. My pizza came with the quality seal broken, the pizza was squashed to the side, cheesy jalapeños were punctured. When asked for a refund, they said they can't. I do not want more food from somewhere that delivers food with the quality seal broken.

Although they are not perfect this is the best pizza place in the neighbourhood. Comparing to the other places their food is tasty, staff very pleasant and delivery super fast. If they are little bit late they will give you £5 off your next order. The loyalty program is a good touch too. Who doesn’t like free pizza or sides!

Ordered for Thursday lunch 1200 in advance = booked time. My order arrived 35mins late. No communication - tried calling them and no one was picking it up. After the driver arrived at reception, he did not call me as I had written in the comments "Call me once you arrive at main reception". The admin staff informed me he has gone to the canteen. I have to go looking for him. And when I get there and ask him about the delay & why he didn't call me, not only he was non apologetic but he had a careless macho man attitude and saying "call them to tell them". And I said "You are representing Papa Johns right now. I'm telling you to tell them as well". Worst experience with a fast food delivery ever. Order was 130£

I have ordered Veg Chilli Freak 5 times and every time it has been wonderful! The price is lesser than Domino's. I usually get a takeaway on my ebike which ensures hot pizza for me. A tasty medium sized pizza for £8.99 takeaway only is a great deal. They prepare the pizza in just 10-12 minutes and are very polite.

So after a 6hr drive home from our holiday we ordered some food at 20:50. The tracker for the food wasn’t updating from “prepping your order” and I just assumed they hadn’t updated the tracker but it would be in the oven by now. An HOUR later I called them, which took many attempts to get through, and I ask for an update. The lady on the other side of the phone said “basically you’re order number 83 and we are currently on 53, so it will be ANOTHER HOUR AND A HALF until your food might be ready. I explained how this was disgraceful and told her to cancel my order as I am not waiting TWO AND A HALF HOURS for some pizza. I wish they would have stopped taking orders when things were getting out of hand and just cancelled our order straight away instead of expecting us to wait 2 and a half hours!

Such a shame! This used to be a good branch. Pizza and sides turned up 1.30hr after ordering. Stone cold and they even couldn't be bothered to include the dips with the items. If this was the first time, forgivable, but after 3+ late deliveries... Chap on the phone lies about when items are made and when you will get them. Avoid this place.

After pre-ordering hours in advance, the only way to get my pizza was to go to the store and cajole them into making it. In store, it felt pretty disorganised. I wasn't far off donning an apron. In the end, the pizza tasted good, but it was an ordeal to get it. Urgent attention needed until worth reconsidering. In the meantime, try Patio Pizza, Terra Mia or The Norbiton.

The pizza toppings were packed an inch high. There was literally a whole green pepper on one slice of PIZZA. It was sickening to look at, every slice of pizza had inch thick toppings so the dough wasn't cooked and was cold and soggy. I threw it away and has put me off pizzas for a very long time. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Based on my last ever experience at this local outlet the staff were friendly and will help in whatever way they can to make sure you are catered for. Menu covers all tastes, from basic to more luxury topping types.

Pizza was very greasy and bad quality. The taste was not good at all. I usually enjoy pizza from Papa Johns and always get the same order so it was very disappointing to get a pizza like this today as it is not usually like this. The photos show the amount of grease.
