You have a time guarantee that is clearly written and easy to understand. Why would you be so quick to blatantly disregard it when you're asked to honor it? Back peddling and ignoring a legitimate complaint is a fairly poor business practice Follow up November 6: Contacted by customer care and issued a store credit for $45.00 to cover the order. Thanks but too little too late. IMHO this should have/could have been handled properly from the outset.

Our pizza always arrives hot, fresh, and on time (or early)! I have never had a poor experience with this location.

Great service and arrived quicker than promised time (the delivery lady was especially nice). I noticed that my chicken wings were a little under cooked (never happened before, I love their wings) so I called the customer care line and they are sending me more wings and gave me a $5 credit for the inconvenience. Thanks Panago :)

Worst pizza in the Tri-Cities, by far. Everything that can go wrong, will go wrong...from late delivery, cold pizza, incorrect orders, rude customer service, pompous owners, etc. They are terrible.

The web order site sucks...was online with Customer rep and it still crashed my order...paper menu and a person is the only way...sorry Panago...your web order system is terrible. .
