Freshslice Pizza

I hate leaving bad reviews, but my recent experience left me a little salty. I placed my order at 4:52pm on a Friday night, and requested delivery. I was called back shortly after by a woman informing me I was outside their delivery zone, but they would make an allowance so long as I paid in cash or prepaid via credit card on the phone. Fine, I'll pay cash. 6pm rolls around, and I receive a call from the courier driver that he can't find my address (I guess he tried calling before, but I didn't hear it over my vacuum). Turns out they've added my unit number to the building number, and he's out looking for a house. Now, my street doesn't have a common name, nor is it long, so I correct him on the address and wait. What should have taken 5 minutes, took more than 30. There was no apology for the late delivery, and he didn't even come prepared with change for the cash I was requested to have. No, I wasn't planning on tipping him 10 dollars for cold pizza that took nearly 2 hours to make it to my door. I'll order from panago next time. Seriously, worst pizza ordering experience of my life.

Majority of the positive comments are done by staff of this restaurant. I've had the worst experience of all fast food experiences in this branch. Freshslice usually has mediocre quality pizza but I knew that going in here. What was off was the service and how they treat their customers. Find yourself at a freshslice anywhere but this branch. They do not value their customers and the staff just don't care

It's great place to sit and enjoy really delicious pizza with your family and friends.... I think there is a new management in place, which is making a lot of difference as far as services and food quality are concerned.... Butter chicken and Hawaiian feast are the must.... Will go back again and again
